Registration
Payment
Participants need to complete the Conference Registration from the website and proceed to payment, via a secure Credit Card payment system. The payment is handled by IAP CONFERENCE SERVICE (or KOKUSAI BUNKEN JIMU Center in the case of Japanese) and the name will be appeared in the credit card details for the payment. The registration fee is shown below.
The deadline for registration is July 21st (Japan Standard Time), 2019.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellation before May 31, 2019: 100% of the registration fee is eligible for refund, with the exception of a 1,000 JPY handling fee.
No refunds can be made for the cancellations received after June 1, 2019 or in the case of not participating.
